The main living area, a Dhan Base Haus, acts as the central hub for the home. The couple’s emphasis on cooking and entertaining provided the opportunity to incorporate an open plan kitchen with island bench design and a large customised pantry.
The use of two 2.4 metre sliding New Guinean Rosewood feature doors either side of the main module facilitate cross ventilation and brings huge amount of natural light in to the living and dining areas.
Hardwood floors run throughout and mix perfectly with the external decking and timber window systems. Flashes of peppermint and olive on the solid casement windows draw the eye to these beautiful features.
Project completed in early 2013.
