Pathways to starting your project

We offer two pathways to starting a Happy Haus project. One is a custom design project with our in-haus design team, and the other is by utilising one of our Haus Series plans.

The reason that many of our clients choose a custom process is because, one, their site is really unique or may have challenges or obstacles that need to be overcome, and the second is a unique brief. They may have something very particular to them or their family that needs to be incorporated into a design.

Some of our all-time favourite Happy Haus projects have come through our custom design studio, and they really allow us to work closely with our clients to achieve really amazing outcomes.

All of our Haus Series plans have been designed by architects for commonly available blocks in inner city Brisbane. They have the same design principles incorporated into them that make a Happy Haus. We’re just waiting for the right clients to come along so that we can personalise their brief and their site.
