Buying your Happy Haus is easy. Simply follow these steps and you'll be on your way.
1. Register your interest on the contact page of the website to make an appointment.
2. Select your floorplan and finishes from the customised package we will send to you.
3. Send your site details to us and receive a delivery and installation quote from one of our friendly consultants.
4. Pay a 20% deposit and Happy Haus will provide all plans to submit to council for approval. Once preliminary approvals are received we start production, or we can start production as soon as the deposit is paid.
5. At this point a contract will be signed with Hutchinson Builders if they are performing the delivery and installation of your home.
6. When your home is complete in the factory, pay the remaining 80% balance within seven days and your Happy Haus will be ready for delivery to your site.
7. Your site is prepared for installation with footings.
8. Your pods are delivered to site by truck and craned onto site, water and electrical services are connected and your house is
installed ready for you to move in.
