Happy Haus are soon to release a series of houses designed by Sydney based architects Durbach Block.
The new range will consist of three double storey designs each offering a totally unique and striking look.
'Sky Haus', 'Clock Haus' and 'Bridge Haus' are currently being finalised and priced as we plan to launch in the coming months.
Durbach Block has designed three double storey houses suitably fit for urban, suburban or rural environments. Each house has its unique architectural attributes with moments of spatial complexity within a simple envelope.
In today's urban landscape an efficient design is important. Durbach Block have been mindful of the confined spaces of inner city with each house complying with the constraints of a small lot while allowing for spacious courtyard or garden areas.
Each house has an integrated covered outdoor space so entertaining outside doesn't require a weather contingency making it fit for all environments.
The Bridge Haus with its defined arc exaggerates the main living room, intimate at the entry and outdoor room. Its gentle form echoes landscapes and minimizes overshadowing.
The Sky Haus reaches for light through amplified roof lights, and to the street through an open, one storey entry verandah.
The Clock Haus can be rotated from an open "L" through to a narrow "V", depending on the width of the site and the orientation. It effortlessly creates a large covered space and roof garden terrace simply through the shirt in alignment between the two storeys.
