DHAN SERIES
The DHAN series is based on design principals of open-plan living and connectivity, providing a home ‘Base' from which you can extend and expand as much or as little as you like.
The Base range starts from $100,000 + GST + delivery and installation and offers three different floorplans of varying widths and configurations to include a kitchen, bathroom and open-plan family room that can be separated into a bedroom by the clever use of storage walls.
The Expander range provides 1, 2 and 3 bedroom pods from $47,500 + GST +delivery and installation, with and without storage and ensuites. A new addition to the Expander range is the STUDIO, priced at $87,500 +GST +delivery and installation, the self contained unit comprises one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area. The Expander pods come with covered decking area that can connect directly to your Base home.
For all your outdoor needs we offer the Shed range from $4500 + GST +delivery and installation with a Carshed and Deckshed to use for vehicles, as well as extra space. The open-plan Deckshed is roofed and can act as a recreational pod with extra decking space. It simply connects in modular form to the Base or Expander pods, or can sit alone.
